The Process
How it works
Consultation & Color Match
Before your service we ask for an in-person consultation at the salon. It's a vital step, we make sure the color match is perfect and map out your custom look together.
Meet Terry. This is your time to ask anything, about the process, your lifestyle, or upkeep.
Booking. An initial deposit secures your official application date.
Appointment Day
Once your system is ready, the whole transformation happens in a single day. All of the customization and styling is handled while you're in the chair.
What's included. The hair system, professional application, a custom cut and style, and a take-home aftercare bag.
Maintenance & Upkeep
Regular reapplication appointments keep the system secure and your scalp healthy.
The process. We remove and clean both the system and your scalp, give you a fresh haircut, and reapply the unit.
Frequency. Every four weeks on average, some guests prefer every two to three, depending on activity level and body chemistry.
System Replacement
We use high-quality, ultra-thin bases to achieve our signature natural hairline. Because those materials are built for realism rather than bulk, they need replacing from time to time.
Lifespan. Systems generally last two to three months.

Is the consultation free?
Yes. The application and the consultation that follows cost nothing, and you are under no obligation to book anything afterward.
How long until I hear back?
Our team reaches out personally to confirm and finalize your appointment details, usually within a couple of business days.
Do I need to send photos?
Please do. Natural light, no filter, and a few from the back if you can manage it. Also send the inspiration photos of where you want to get to, even if they feel unrealistic. We would rather see them.
What if I have box color or previous highlights?
Tell us all of it, including the at-home attempts. Hair history is the single most useful thing on the form, and nobody here is going to judge you for it. It changes the plan, the timing, and sometimes the number of appointments.
Will I get a price?
You will get a realistic quote for the service we recommend. Final pricing still varies with the stylist and the length and density of your hair, which is exactly why we quote after seeing your photos rather than before.
I know what I want. Do I still need this?
If you are an existing client booking your usual service, no. Go straight to booking or call the salon. The application is for anything new, anything ambitious, or anything you are unsure about.
